All our products are made from natural shells that have been hand-polished; they are not machine-moulded industrial products. Consequently, they will feature the shell’s unique natural patterns, and the details may vary due to the hand-polishing process. After hand-polishing, the shells may still retain small holes and natural marks; these do not constitute quality defects. Please consider this carefully before purchasing!
