1. Production & Delivery Time

   
   

   Custom Production: Some items are in stock. After you place your order, we will handcraft your selected products in the order of payment. This process requires time and careful workmanship.
   
   
2. Standard Production & Shipping Timeline

   
   

   For most orders, the processing and dispatch period is 3–30 working days. We will do our best to complete your order as soon as possible; however, production time may be extended due to the precision of handmade craftsmanship and order volume fluctuations.

   
   

   After shipment: International air express delivery is used for the whole journey, which usually takes 7–15 working days for delivery.

   You will receive an order confirmation email and a shipping notification email (including the tracking number). Please ensure your email address is accurate.

   Please provide an accurate and complete delivery address (including postal code) and a valid contact phone number when placing your order.

   
   

   The buyer shall be responsible for any returned or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address, no one being available for receipt, unreachable contact, or other similar reasons.
