All products in our shop are hand-polished from natural shells, not industrially machine-molded products.
Therefore, they feature the unique natural textures of the shells and slight variations in details due to hand polishing.
Some small holes and natural marks may remain on the shells after hand polishing, which do
not count as quality defects.
