1. Product Nature & Customization Note


All products in our store are handmade from natural materials including shells and conches, with personalized customization available. Each piece is uniquely handcrafted, so slight variations in texture, shape, color or details may exist — this is the distinctive charm of handmade artistry. Customers seeking absolute perfection are advised to order with caution.

2. Production & Delivery Time


  • Production lead time: Due to the complex craftsmanship and support for personalized customization, it takes 3–30working days to complete production after order confirmation.
  • Shipping method: Delivery by air freight throughout the process. Estimated delivery time is 7–15 working days after shipment (specific timing is subject to international customs clearance and local courier services).

3. Return & Refund Rules


As all products are custom handmade items (each piece is made to order with exclusive materials and labor), returns, exchanges or refunds will not be accepted for non-quality-related issues.

Returns and refunds are only applicable if the product is damaged or has functional defects (excluding natural material flaws) upon receipt. Please provide clear photos or videos of the damage within 48 hours after signing for the package, and contact our customer service for verification and further processing.

We recommend that you carefully read the product description, images and size information before ordering, and confirm that the product meets your expectations prior to purchase.

4. Friendly Reminders


Production and delivery times are estimated. In case of delays caused by force majeure such as material shortages or logistics anomalies, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Natural materials (shells, conches) may feature natural textures, tiny cracks or other natural marks, which do not constitute quality issues. We appreciate your understanding of their natural uniqueness.
